The quote went out. The follow-up is already written.

Three days after a quote goes out, or the next morning if the lead came from a lead site, the follow-up is written in your voice and waiting in your morning email. It never touches your price. You copy it, send it, or don’t.

Set it up for me$50 a month added on, or $250 to set up and $150 a month on its own. Nothing sends without you.

You sent the quote. They went quiet.

You walked the job, wrote it up, sent the number. Then nothing.

A quiet customer hasn’t necessarily said no. They haven’t seen it, or they haven’t decided, or they went with somebody else and didn’t think to say. One short message sorts out which.

You know that. You skip it anyway, because writing it means deciding all over again whether a second message makes you look like you need the work.

That decision is the job. So we made it once. Every quote gets one follow-up, the same way.

If the lead came from Thumbtack, Angi or a site like them

On several of those sites you paid when the lead arrived, before you knew whether the customer would answer. That money’s already spent. The follow-up is the cheapest thing left in the whole job.

Those leads often go to other businesses too, so the follow-up comes the next morning instead of three days later.

When you reach the customer through the site’s own messages, the follow-up stays there. No phone number, no email, nothing that moves the conversation off the site. Some sites tie your refund to where first contact happened, so that part stays your call, under your site’s own terms.

What it is

One short message for each quote you send, written the way you talk, asking whether they’d like to go ahead and giving them an easy way to say no.

It never touches your price. No discount, no “deal,” no deadline you didn’t set. A discount sent into a silence tells the customer the first number wasn’t the real one.

It comes to you in the morning email. You read it, you send it from your own email or the site you’re quoting on, or you skip it. You see every message before anybody else does.

How it works

  1. Setup. One short exchange.

You tell us how you talk to customers, one thing you’d never say, and how you sign off. That’s your voice file. It stays yours.

  2. Tell it when a quote goes out.

Forward the quote, or the lead site’s notice about it, on the day you send it. That’s the one thing it needs from you. A quote it never hears about gets no follow-up.

  3. The follow-up is waiting.

Three days later, or the next morning for a lead-site lead, it’s in that morning’s email, in your words, with the job named. Copy it to your customer and send it. Or skip it.

  4. It follows up once.

One message per quote. If they answer, reply “heard back” to the morning email and that quote is done. If they don’t, the silence is an answer for now.

What you see, and what they never see

What you see. A status page with your name on it. Every quote you’ve told it about and every follow-up we’ve written you.

What they never see. Your customers never see the name Day Fifteen. The message comes from you, in your voice, with your sign-off. As far as they’re concerned you wrote it. In the way that matters, you did — you read it and you sent it.

What we will not do

We won’t mention your price, offer a discount, or make up a deadline. If a quote really is good until a date, or you really can start a certain week, put it in your voice file or tell us, and the message says so once, as plain information.

We won’t write a second nudge, or a third. One follow-up per quote.

We won’t tell you to move a lead-site customer onto your phone or email. That one’s yours to decide.

Pricing

If you already run invoice reminders or review requests with us, it’s $50 a month added on. No new setup.

On its own, it’s $250 once and $150 a month.

What a job you didn’t win is worth is a number you have and we don’t, and we aren’t going to guess at it here. What the money buys is this: every quote you send gets its follow-up written, in your words, without you deciding each time whether a second message is too much.

If your job software already sends quote reminders, you may not need this. It’s the version that sounds like you.

$50 a month, added on

For owners already running invoice reminders or review requests with us. Same voice file, same morning email. No new setup fee.

$150 a month on its own

Plus $250 once to set up: the call or email exchange and your voice file. We handle the first five quotes by hand while you get used to how it works. No contract. Reply and say stop and it stops that morning.

Running more than one? The setup fee is charged once, ever. The first service is $150 a month and each one after it is $50. If you stop one, the one you keep becomes your first service again at $150.

Leave your email. We’ll write back the same day.

Got it. You’ll hear back from a person today.

We set up five accounts at a time. If there’s a wait, we’ll tell you.

The honest questions

Does anything send without me seeing it first?

No. Every follow-up comes to you first, in the morning email. You send it, or you don’t.

Do I have to give you access to my email or my lead-site account?

No. Nothing connects to your email or to any lead site. Follow-ups come to you in a morning email from Day Fifteen, and you send them the way you send anything else.

We see only the quotes you forward and the emails you send us.

How does it know a quote went out?

You tell it: forward the quote, or the lead site’s notice, the day you send it. That’s the one step it can’t do for you, and the next-morning timing for lead-site leads depends on it.

Will it get my lead fee back?

No. On sites that charge per lead, that money was spent when the lead arrived. A follow-up can’t recover it. It can only give the job one more honest chance.

What if they say no?

Then you know, and you stop wondering. A clear no is worth having. It frees the time you’d have spent half-waiting.

Is this the same as the free tool?

The free tool writes one follow-up when you paste in the facts. This writes one for every quote you send and brings it to you, without you remembering. Same writing. Different job.

Not ready to set it up? The free tool is still there.

Give it one quote and it writes that follow-up now, no email required. Run the free quote follow-up tool.
