The free tool
The free tool on this site asks for a customer’s first name, the job, the amount, the invoice date and how you talk to that customer. It uses those to write three messages and then forgets them. It does not save what you type, and it does not ask for your email.
The writing is done by a language model run on our behalf. Your inputs are sent to it once, to write your messages, and are not used to train anything.
If you leave your email
We keep it so a person can write back to you. That’s the only thing it’s used for. Ask, and it’s deleted.
If you become a customer
To place reminders in your Drafts we store, for each open invoice: the customer’s name, the amount, the invoice date, the terms, and what has been sent. We also keep a short profile of how you write, so the drafts sound like you.
- It’s yours. The invoice records and the voice profile are your data. Ask for a copy at any time and you get it in a plain file.
- It’s deletable. Ask, and everything about your account is deleted within thirty days. Paid invoices are removed from the working record ninety days after they close; you can ask for sooner.
- Nothing sends itself. Drafts are placed in your own Drafts folder. You send them, or you don’t. If you later ask in writing for a message to go out on its own, that is your choice to make and to take back.
- Nobody else sees it. Your customers’ names and amounts are never sold, shared or shown to anyone outside the people who run this service and the tools it runs on.
If the business is sold
Small companies get bought. If this one is, your data transfers to the new owner under these same terms, not new ones, and you are told before it happens, with time to take a copy or ask for deletion first.
What we don’t promise
We don’t promise your customers will pay, or pay sooner. We write the message. You know your customers; you decide what to send. Nothing here is legal or financial advice.
